As first CEO and co-founder, Srini helmed Medrona’s business after establishing himself for 25 years, in the healthcare space. A professional Chartered Public Accountant, Srini created several success stories with sustainable business transformation models and customized solutions for clients. Srini was passionate about continuous learning and mentoring his people. An innovator and thought leader, he created a strong foundation of technology-enabled solutions in Medrona, which is the foundation of our service solutions. With his passing in November 2021, Srini left behind a valuable legacy for the Medrona family.
With 34 years’ experience in business process management and client management across the banking and healthcare space, Sathya joined Medrona in 2015, as the company set up its first BCP unit and transitioned to a technology and innovation-focused model for all existing and new projects. A blackbelt in Six Sigma methodology, Sathya has a strong foundation of setting up and running successful projects and creating efficient service solutions for clients. As Medrona’s CEO, Sathya is focused on creating a foundation of technology-enabled service delivery solutions so that Medrona continues to be the most valuable partner for our clients and the best place to work for our people.
Natarajan’s career spans over 40 years across several industries. His long stint in the marketing division of a multinational healthcare company paved the foundation for his strong know-how of the industry. After several successful projects in the outsourcing space, Natarajan leveraged his industry foundation with his experience in IT and IT-related services segment in founding Medrona’s global service delivery centers. Natarajan continues to provide invaluable guidance to Medrona, even as he takes care of Regulatory and Statutory governance.
Gordon Bell has been active as a leader in healthcare information and practice management since 1990. He served on the National Competitive Council Coalition on Healthcare Efficiency, information management in managed mental health with Merit Behavioral Care (Magellan). His experience in systems implementations from solo practices to integrated systems of care and operations and business management has helped healthcare providers increase delivered value to patients while improving practice earnings. In his role as President of MDCommerce, our subsidiary in Washington, USA and Director at Medrona, Gordon provides critical support with his industry experience and insights, to Medrona’s growth strategy.
Varsha has been with Medrona since inception handling various roles within the company. With a Masters in Literature and Certificate in Project Management from NYU,, Varsha handled transition and migration of Medrona’s anchor clients, mapping out delivery goals and measurement systems for effective service delivery. Varsha has since assumed charge of Finance, Compliance & Shared Services – Finance and Compliance, ensuring governance of all monetary, employee health & safety standards.
Sanjay joined Medrona in 2020, after completing his Masters in Finance & Accounting from The Netherlands and Management from UK. Bringing in diversity into Medrona, Sanjay is responsible for managing Medrona’s business development initiatives and forays into new businesses, including client management. Sanjay’s focus is on integrating AI and Machine Learning into time-tested processes for innvovation, efficiencies and economy of scale.
